Time saving

You no longer have to wait for your manager to return from a holiday or conference for that signature. Digital signatures ensure that businesses save on cost and time with documents and contracts signed off with a click of a button.

Cost Savings

Many companies also see significant cost savings, with little or no expense in ink, paper, printing, scanning, shipping/delivery or travel expenses.

Workflow Efficiency

With lesser delays, digital signatures ensure better efficiency in workflow. Managing and tracking documents are made easier, with lesser effort and time involved.

Better Customer Experience

Digital signatures provide the convenience of signing important documents where ever a customer or the person to sign is located. Sales persons do not have to wait for the customer to come to the bank or office.

When it comes to signatures, authenticity and security is a priority. Digital signatures reduce the risk of duplication or alteration of the document itself. Digital signatures ensure that signatures are verified, authentic and legitimate.

Legal Validity

Digital signatures provide authenticity and ensure that the signature is verified. This can stand in any court of law like any other signed paper document.

Future Validity

Digital signatures also hold validity into the future. ETSI PDF Advanced Signatures (PAdES) with its eIDAS requirements have validity well into the future with its long term signature formats.

Environmental Benefits

As corporate and business become more conscious of their role in sustainability, digital signatures is a step ahead in their efforts in reducing waste and being environmental friendly.

Digital Signature Certificates (DSC) are the digital equivalent (that is an electronic format) of physical or paper certificates. Few examples of physical certificates are Drivers’ Licenses, Passports, or Membership Cards. Certificates serve as proof of identity of an individual for a certain purpose; for instance, a Driver’s License identifies someone who can legally drive in a particular country. Likewise, a Digital Certificate can be presented electronically to prove one’s identity, to access information or services on the Internet, or to sign certain documents digitally.

You can get your DSC from Online Legal India™. We are authorized providers for DSC, and are partnered with eMudhra, licensed CAs to get your DSC at an unbeatable price without any hassles. We require only your basic documents and verify your details against the PAN card registered on the Income Tax Portal.

In India, a registered individual can use the Class 3 DSC for any MCA & ROC compliances such as signing documents digitally, e-mailing, Company Incorporation, Business License Registration, Tax Filing, e-tendering, and any other trade related substances.

Usually, it takes 3-4 days for processing the DSC application after which it is couriered to you.

No, you need not be present as the Online Legal India™ Digital Signature Certificate process is completely done online. However, for Class-3 DSC, sometimes, you may have to be present physically which will be informed to you before the verification process.
